Introduction: In Nigeria particularly, the percentage of infants exclusively breastfed is quiet low. Similarly, there no human breast milk bank in whole West African Sub-region. Methodology: This was a cross sectional descriptive study conducted amongst 200 pregnant women attending antenatal clinic Central Hospital Benin. Perception (knowledge and acceptance) donor these were assessed using pre-tested questionnaires. Results: Nearly half (45.5 %,) mothers between ages 30-39 years. Two-thirds (67%) also not aware milk.
